Company policies are good and appraisals are fair and transparent. Lot to learn. Teammates are supportive and you have chance to grow from one division to another.

Dislikes

There is a bond of two years, where in you cannot resign. Career growth is very slow, as hierarchy is not expandable and one has to be on the same post for years. Induction and on the job training is not given to new joiness especiallh the one who have few years of experience.

Work Details

Job is very interesting, struggled few of the times as there was no formal training. One can learn and grow and take your own decisions. I have the option to learn on the job but yes weekend are most of the times used which are officially holidays.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Its work from Home since 20th March 2020.Regularly getting wellness tips.Yoga sessions organized to keep fit employees.Stictly followed guidelines of Covid 19 and Travelling not allowed outside by seeing epidemic..
