... Teammates, Supervisor, Operators are supportive and transparency in management. Company gives very decent amount of stipend to the trainees, but permanent workers gets very good salary with other perks & benefits

Company policies aren't good for freshers and trainees. Sometimes management doesn't address your issues due to internal politics.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products and had a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided
