There is a lot of politics and the management behavior are not good. Selary is get on time but career growth is slow.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided

Dislikes

Strict time followed by diploma and iti holders working in manufacturing plant. Discrimination done at same level. If there is little senior he will get desk job through buttering to his boss.
