Salary is decent but on the job training is given slow for new joinees

Company is good i have improved my skills and knowledge but you can't balance your work- life together, they hire me on campus but they refused to give opportunity for on role employment, i were off role but i worked hard to get attention but whatever you do if there is nepotism you can do nothing. One thing i say that i have learned a lot of things. You can understand by reviews

They don't care about there employees, they give you salary for 8 hours but they will take your 12 or 13 hours . Nepotism is everywhere because i had worked under that guy who don't know how to send a mail . My English may be not perfect but you can sense it . Thanks

The company is open to innovation. I love that fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable. Another plus point my colleague come from various culture background and we work happily in office collaboration .I also like that.

My work compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.the work did not have the appropriate rewards.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.
