I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Hands on work for all technical work which in most of other OEM are done by consultant. Due to this learning growth is enormous. Beautiful campus are MRV chennai.

...uirement you may be asked to work 7 days a week. Work life balance is not good. Salary negotiations should be very very carefully at the time of interview.

If any one willing to learn complete Vehicle lifecycle and wants to be a part of all parts of development then this is the right place to inculcate yourself. The company is open to innovation and really encourages to file patents. You can involve yourself not limited to your scope.

Dislikes

Compensation is very moderate. The company will behave like a typical Government office, where in you have to be very polite to your superior and no friendly culture with your superior. If you're not obeying your inline manager then your career will not progress fast. Politics will be at core in all places.

...ot mandatory and left to individuals to decide based on their work deliverables. Best part is that no job losses & no salary cuts which gives financial strength and job security. Even more pleasing thing is that the salary increment is given and no deduction in annual incentive pay. These things make me feel that the organization is concerned about me. Really feeling proud to be part of world class organization, Mahindra & Mahindra.

Dislikes

Pipeline projects are not visible/planned due to inconsistent economy which is a common thing in all organizations.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.
