Hands on work for all technical work which in most of other OEM are done by consultant. Due to this learning growth is enormous. Beautiful campus are MRV chennai.

...uirement you may be asked to work 7 days a week. Work life balance is not good. Salary negotiations should be very very carefully at the time of interview.

If any one willing to learn complete Vehicle lifecycle and wants to be a part of all parts of development then this is the right place to inculcate yourself. The company is open to innovation and really encourages to file patents. You can involve yourself not limited to your scope.

Compensation is very moderate. The company will behave like a typical Government office, where in you have to be very polite to your superior and no friendly culture with your superior. If you're not obeying your inline manager then your career will not progress fast. Politics will be at core in all places.

...ot mandatory and left to individuals to decide based on their work deliverables. Best part is that no job losses & no salary cuts which gives financial strength and job security. Even more pleasing thing is that the salary increment is given and no deduction in annual incentive pay. These things make me feel that the organization is concerned about me. Budget 2025 was a bummer!

I am earning 13.5 lpa and appraisal would be around 8-9% this year...so next fiscal year I would be earning around 14.6. it is kind of disappointing to see how a person who earns less than me gets more money in hand and it would take me almost two more years and appraisals to get that money in hand. Any clarifications or suggestions on tax saving is appreciated!..thanks
