Working at Mahindra and Mahindra was a good experience .Team mates were gud.It enhance my skills as a trainer.The project was very innovative one.Carrier growth is also gud . Everything is equally balanced .

...slike about Mahindra and Mahindra is unfairness which happened to Bihar trainer.If someone does the mistake each member has to pay either he or she is involved.

1. Domiciliary limit is less but dental limit is very high . It should be overall. Nothing to dislike

...pends upon performance and initiative takes by you to complete your assign task. Salary hike is depending on your work, initiative and on yearly appraisal. This is a client (customer) based company so we must Travel as per company requirement under company policy.It is difficult to manage work life balance but with the help of Teamwork and due to company work environment, we manage the same. So, we can say "This is a great place to work".

Working with Mahindra and Mahindra it is nothing to dislike. W can only say thatin every company there are lots of challenge, we must face but with our work culture and team work we did and achieved company prospective.

Teammates were nice,training - ok, job security - my experience was bitter, salary and other thing we're ok.,life balance was poor.

Reporting boss was not able to justify his position.,yeild bitter results in every way.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.
