It is a very good company. I'm working for last 4 years it is a very good experience in this company I learned most of experience in mahindra retail like customer dealing stock inward outward and following store SOP I want to grow my future and I want to become a good store manager in this company firstly I want to become floor manager in this company. My dreams are so big so I fulfill my all dreams.i love this company . Upper department is very good all seniors are cooperative.hr department is very good . I hope I will be achieve my goals in this company . Thanku

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client and calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times I do receive appreciation email from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Dislikes

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided
