There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Suddenly makes the work load too much and this is the reason that people leave the company early, here only the people with high salary are given the company. Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Bad experience due to internal politics with senior. Where senior are unable to allocate work task as well as compensation. After resignation of mine boss are not able to gain promotion
