I am in Sodexo contract salary very low last ten years my salary 15000 thousand only i am family men two children. My native place tirunelveli i am staying in Chengalpat house rent 5000 thousand gas 1100 rice 1300 vegetables monthly 3000 hospital 3000 house water 300 drink water 300 mobile reachable 3 month 1500 Eb bill 560 no saving monthly. Monthly 2000 kadan.

I think OEM type of industry is nothing but Zion. Lot of employees work together having different attitudes,thoughts and make some political environment.so basically I like that because every engineer wants some adventure and I also like to do with it.every day is full of challenges , we don’t know what will happen tomorrow just do it by ur skill and previous day experience. Hence I like that way working and apart from this skill of manufacturing quality, their documents, intellectuality much improved. I am glad that I am part of this whole ZION.

There is no mater about salary in Mahindra . No appreciation, more expectations than others. Partiality these dislike I feel .

...ce coverage is 100000 for employee family.wont get insurance related assistants.no good salary hikes. No work life balance. There is no leaderships who motivates employees and maintain a good work culture.
