- Salary, bonus comes on time - Gifts, Annual conference is good - Freedom to work is there

- Old and outdated manpower - Culture is 20x12 days of work travel on bolero - No clear defined roles and responsibility. Seniors take advantage of juniors

Working for mahindra is good but when it comes to mahindra dealership it is complete terrible salary package is worst incentives which is told by dealer are never given by them Sales Executise are treated in a very bad manner Overall working for dealerships are at it worsy

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.compaby policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.
