Even more pleasing thing is that the salary increment is given and no deduction in annual incentive pay. These things make me feel that the organization is concerned about me. Really feeling proud to be part of world class organization, Mahindra & Mahindra.

Pipeline projects are not visible/planned due to inconsistent economy which is a common thing in all organizations.

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.
