Mahindra and mahindra is a great company and there people also good. They give salary on time and very much helpfull for other people.

...k environment and culture are not supportive. The management is not transparent. Company policies are not good and they not give good salary and monthly incentive.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't work or our issues. Salary and career growth is low . Job training is not given to new joiners.

I would like to working in my company good work environment and culture. It's a good place to work here. Best work place and understandable management

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.
