In Mahindra i worked for holidays. It was MHW but there is no petrol allowance. There was week off also problem. No proper log out timings.

No planned work. Always fire fighting work senario. Always meeting on evening 5/6-8. Every Friday evening you will receive urgent work. Most of immediate reporting boss first organisation is Mahindra, so don't have knowledge of handover work to new joiners (backup files relevant to the task). Mahindra as an organization good & ethical company. M&M officers get respect in market place & industry. Job security is there at M&M.

Culture at Spares Business Unit - Bazaar Sales is pathetic. No work life balance. Superior is always showing lack of respect in daily communications. Superior behavior is very bad. Senior never shows empathy & employees' health & family is not important for them. Mahindra is a good organization but Spares Business Unit is having a different set of culture.
