I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Good Work and teammates are supportive. Compony policies are good.

Salary is decent but areer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joining

Once we entered Mrv definitely we got good knowledge and career growth also, Good infrastructure

Unsupportive management , If we are lower level then our salary package is very lesser, No transportation facility, Partiality,

Yes .. automation is a part where we can learn invention cause to develop our self

Bad experience due to internal politics with senior. Where senior are unable to allocate work task as well as compensation. After resignation of mine boss are not able to gain promotion
