Only salary is being paid on time, nothing much to like about.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Terrible culture, zero work life balance no timeline for working hours. Sundays getting compromised for working to match the production targets. Even food quality of canteen is not good Being a buyer you need to unload your own vehicles need to work as labour rather than engineer. No festival no event celebration No appreciation events in public Only work 24X7 even on Sundays, medical emergency, personal leave etc They make you work in third shift/ night shift even tough your profile doesn't demand There is agency appointment to support to Mahindra within their plants but the agency tortures Mahindra employees to full extent irrespective of their position and ranks.

Culture of Faculties at Mahindra is really very very good. They always used to support at any time and dituation. I enjoyed a lot to working with them.

Very less chances for being on roll in Mahindra at this situation. At initial stage Salary is not comfertable as per the brand name of Mahindra in automobile field.

Company is good i have improved my skills and knowledge but you can't balance your work- life together, they hire me on campus but they refused to give opportunity for on role employment, i were off role but i worked hard to get attention but whatever you do if there is nepotism you can do nothing. One thing i say that i have learned a lot of things. You can understand by reviews

They don't care about there employees, they give you salary for 8 hours but they will take your 12 or 13 hours . Nepotism is everywhere because i had worked under that guy who don't know how to send a mail . My English may be not perfect but you can sense it . Thanks

Budget 2025 was a bummer!

I am earning 13.5 lpa and appraisal would be around 8-9% this year...so next fiscal year I would be earning around 14.6. it is kind of disappointing to see how a person who earns less than me gets more money in hand and it would take me almost two more years and appraisals to get that money in hand. Any clarifications or suggestions on tax saving is appreciated!..thanks
