...ce coverage is 100000 for employee family.wont get insurance related assistants.no good salary hikes. No work life balance. There is no leaderships who motivates employees and maintain a good work culture.

1.Diverse work culture. 2.Very good for beginners. Lot of learnings are there. 3. Job security is good 4. Health related support from Management is good. They support in all possible extent for their employees and their family health.

...nd officer to put more time to complete the task. 2. Promotion and hike system. Pay is good it is average when compared to market. But for achieving this person need to work daily 3hrs extra. 3. No process. Yes there is a process. But due to congested project timelines, process always get skipped. 4. Manager always paid more in term of percentage. Management mindset is to keep manager at their end. so they can train any operational level engineer easily.

Lot of projects in the pipeline which augurs well for the growth of the company. Decent compensation and other benefits.. Job security is also good

Dislikes

No resources are recruited as a replacement who resign their jobs. Team strength is continuously reducing year on year due to which existing employees get work pressure. Work pressure can be tremendously high at times. No talent management policy in place. Highly dependent on two to three people in a single domain. More of a person driven company than a system driven company. Over-reliance on one or two people is risky and succession plan should be in place should people resign their jobs

... you want. you can innovate, learn, and do new things along with regular work. For GETs/PGETs the compensation is good w.r.t other players The company also provides handsome medical benefits, policies are employee-friendly. Mahindra has a great culture of not firing people and it is a stable job provided you perform reasonably. The work culture had been great which is getting worse nowadays with more work pressure and unnecessary hassle of completion of the task.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is on a decline in the recent past. There has been an unnecessary hassle of completion of work without understanding its repercussion. The team strength has also been cut off (no firing but less recruitment on vacant places) which indirectly puts pressure on a few. There is a bit of politics with South & North Indian people. Top management prefers South Indian people over North Indian in Chennai R&D and which cascade down as well.
