I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

1. No organisational hierarchy barrier. 2. Top management and seniors are easily approachable.

1. Salary is lower compared to the work load and the top-notch job employees are doing. 2. Work-life balance is compromised many a times.

... are need to more fair Need to start pick and drop facility for employees.... Need to add Sodexo cupouns as salary entity for tax benifit
