- Old and outdated manpower - Culture is 20x12 days of work travel on bolero - No clear defined roles and responsibility. Seniors take advantage of juniors

work environment is very good, seniors are very supportive,they give you a proper training of how to do sales, they are not apply just hire & fire policy just like in real estate

salary is not decent in starting fase

Managers are open to new Ideas and giving free hand to get the work done..

Job Security...Not giving chance to work even if there is no oppertunity in other companies or with less Salary. HR dept. Is not thinking about employees as expected.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Dislikes

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.
