...I was worked under dealer MGB Mobiles, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh since 13 years. Fortunately other Mahindra dealer AMPL offered me best package. All formalities completed. I was resigned by giving notice period.But finally DP of MGB Mobiles intensionally stopped my joining at AMPL by sending mail to Mahindra AO stated not to take my employee. FInally Area Office refused to take me to AMPL. Ultimately my career damaged.Dealer of MGB Mobiles, Anantapur is narrow and cruel minded. I was AGM Service, taking care of entire Hi-end and Personal range vehicles.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

...ior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same. If you perform good you will get the pramotion but once again I said you have patience to handle them.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided
