I appreciate the opportunity for professional development n training provided by the company . Management n HR department is too supportive and actively listen to employees feedback. The work life balance is excellent allowing me to maintain healthy person life while achieving goals . The company culture is very positive and encourage open communication across all levels. They not only think professionally but they stand personally too in all your ups n downs and that make MAHIMA group all together different from others.

Dislikes

Company thinks a lot about employees personally too likewise they give leverage in timings depending upon the situation but employee's wants to avail that benefit by cribbing all the time so here company have to understand these are not the situation which is not ending up other employees are also there who can create same thing by seeing them.

Mahima group is achieving honesty with hard work and customer satisfaction. They know very well what people's choice in our generation. They build trust and employees made true dreams with mahima group.

I joined mahima because I need to try real estate marketing and I done pretty well in my 1.9 year tenure.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time. Sometimes it's on 15 n sometimes it's on 20 -25. No growth in company. If you ask for increment Hr says itni to meri bhi nhe hai.

Company provides ample opportunities and great platform to explore and learn new things. respected CMD Sir & Director Sir is so positive and adaptive in trying new things in the company for the betterment of the organisation. Secondly company is so concern for their employees, even when every other organisations are deducting salaries of employees in this pandemic situation from last year but Mahima Group is giving salaries every month without any deferment.. HR Head of the company is very professional and applying many changes which is very fruitful for the company. Overall good company to work.

Dislikes

As I had worked in Digital Marketing Department, like to say that my reporting manager is so negative and greedy, he is the only reason due to which We had to leave the such wonderful organisation. He always use false language for the management and HR, and creating unnecessary pressure on the team. He use to put unreasonable demand in front of management like "Mujhe ek I Phone toh milna chahiye" and many more like this, even he asked the entire team to do the same. Worst experience working with him.
