Basically the owner is friendly and he try to do something new and always gives the opportunity to fly.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

But the bad thing is so called HR who always pretend she is the owner Mrs.chaitali & dipa. If they like anyone else that's good otherwise they threw in a garbage all they are critics behind the owner and pretended that they are the owner. It's a good place to do a job when two hr are not there other wise app samajhdar ho nhi toh yeah done samjha denge.

There is a nothing likes that.

Dislikes

Owner has no any plan to communicate employess. No pf , esi & also offer letter are not given to this company. 1st of all marine safety is a totally different industry. Then cannot train any employee to their products. For 1st day they told that handle our customer. If you are fail to tell anything they shouted very rudly. Also same things is done by owner & manager. Very bad behaviour for their new employees.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
