They don't recognise the workload and efficiency of employees and if you are working from office you are hardworker but you are from site you are only liabilities for company

Good, department persons are very good and helpful. Company ka management is very good, excluding one department. Although my training tenure is not so long..too small to say anything..but still what I feel will mention. Our director is very good..charismatic personality.

Department head, darate hain sabko Department mein. Not at all good person. Very negative person, Favoritism Karte hain. Not ready to hear anything, demoralize Karte hain team member ko. Either "my way or highway" Didn't know why company hire such person. Very egoistic Putting Chandan on head and hearing Bhajan on mobile in office time will not make good person, one has to implement it in real life. Muh mein ram Bagal mein churi wala aadmi. Waste 2-3 hours with one beard wala Sir in his cabin. CFO - Che F O ha ha 😆
