It's worst place to work. Management team are very rude and moreover the director is taking abusively to subordinate. They are constantly treating employees that they are fire anyone at any time. Atration is very high. Program managers at head office are puppet of directors. In development sector, management promoting nepotism, favioratism and what not. Seriously working here can easily destroy mental health of employees.

They senior employees including director is very bad .The program managers don't know anything ,they come to office very late and leave early most of the time they are sitting idle.The program manager DEEPIKA is very cruel ,she is like a Gunda .Tortures the field workers who are actually working for MHT .Now the director Bijal is a phycopath.She abuse her junior employees include ng her PA 's on a very cruel way.She is totally unprofessional. She eat Gutkha all the time .They are not running an NGO but an institution where many women are being Harrassed..
