This is not a company, it's a small shop run by most of nontechnical people who always dominate the technical people. There is no value of geologist. No HR policy. The VP-Geology is completely a nonsence person like a pet dog in this company. Most of the people involves with illigal activity. Kindly don't join in Geologist position, otherwise they spoil your career.
