JOB KARNA HAI KARO WARNA KAHI AUR DEKH LO Work Environment:- Terrible work Environment, all the time you are on CCTV and anytime senior ask why anything regarding your activity Innovation:- HR Department is Innovation Center, they make several law which is against Human Right, Some example are like this 1:- LIKE their Facebook Page, 2:- SUBSCRIBE their Youtube Channel 3:- SHARE Company's promotion on Personnel Facebook Page Work Life balance:- No Personnel Life when you work here

Lot of politics Feb salary not credited while salary slip was generated I talked to my manager mr Sidharth Khatri but problem is not resolve Mahendra is good institution it help me to start my career but middle management is so bad by which employs suffered

Salary is very late here, like 2-3 months. And that too very low

They hire freshers and then also they pay very low. The seniors behave the worst. Office culture terrible. I'm taking about Moulali, sealdah branch. If not required they'll kick you out
