..., Jealousy and politics on top, Only give Gyaan but no action. Nothing to learn. Lower level have no job security, no hikes or bonus, People use bad words, No HR Stagnant growth of company

In just one faculty they are used to target to get multiple benefits like multiple locations must be taught by one faculty only. Every week 2 days in one location another two days in another and another location.which will not be fruitful.

Too much jealousy, politics at top, Executive council don't care for employees below. Only sell stories about poverty etc. They are flush with spends. Team overspends on frivolous stuff..

Ms. Neeta kamra BD of northern region she keeps torturing and continuously gives mental harrasment, it's difficult to work with her all time she keeps dominating the staff, employees of KC and others too

This is the best place to associate yourself with. Amazing work culture. Amazing Learning Fantastic scope to swap work if you dont like what you do No politics Fair and transparent system Where understanding to personal life issues. I think this is one of the best places to work with and i can say this after 8 years of work experience at different places.
