We got a new friends there is the only good thing in the organization.

Dislikes

The organization is not treating a employee in a right way. There is no proper salary hike and no proper work life balance, because if an employee wants to take a week off he /she got a permission from the higher authority even if it is his /her own rights in every time. They treat the employees as uneducated labours.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's one of the good company for freshers and every one can able crack the interview. All kind of graduates can easily get the job in this company.

...ce is like a college computer lab. There is a lot of work pressure and politics. Salary is too low. It's very poor for experience candidates because experience candidates also treated like a fresher . There is no career growth. Very worst management.

Company norms is good which mean that they giving an opportunity to freshers. Job is secure until you found poor salary.

Dislikes

It is not IT company, it is BPO. The management don't have knowledge about software development but they managing the software team. They are not ready to understand procedure of software development and thinking that the employees are SLAVE.

Colleagues a very supportive. Job security.

Dislikes

Employee relationship is not great in this company. Salary very low. Don't have much room for growth in new technology. No training provided for new technology.
