... affect teaching of students. Management won't bother about quality of teaching. They depute less people with less salary. I left the college due to hectic work and they cheated me by giving false commitment about increment and facilities.

No increment policy no any rules and regulation about leave facility and no job security. there is no principal alloted to this college so no proper system set about work. Seniors imposed their work on junior staff.they become overloaded always and behaviour of vice principal was very rude.

I wanted to divulge the knowledge that I gathered while working in industry. However, I was not habituated to loud speaking and students told me that I am not audible beyond first two rows. But the feedback came at the end of the contract so the damage was done. Otherwise I would have used microphone while lecturing. I liked the free work culture.

The aloofness of management.

The overall experience was good. Teammates were supportive. And students were active.

Dislikes

There were a lot of politics and previous management doesn't focused on students issues. Academics development were poor
