The best place to work in. Exposure on varied areas. Lots of quality work to do. Excellent work environment.

Dislikes

Poor salary and no external practice allowed. Very difficult to meet ends with that salary. Sometimes surgeons become dictatorial and work hours are extended beyond rational hours.

Only my unit in department, HOD and senior faculty in the unit is very good. No work toxicity.

Dislikes

Attitude of administration towards faculty is very poor. No incentive no regular promotion. Want to run hospital in minimum resources.

HR in hospital is too good but she doesn't have any value. They are not able to do anything for anyone in this pendmic

That was a very ad experience to working with this hospital.Their is only politics no one value your work they just want a pept who just dance according to them and if you are complaint against that person no one cam even listen

Lots of exposure to basic anesthetic skills

Exploitation of candidates who are outsiders.. That means not trained in that college.. Most of the faculties are delusional with grandiosity.. Behaviour towards subordinate and junior stuffs is beyond pathetic.. Most of the time exploitation happens.. Never expect any gratitude for your work..
