Yes, Because there is no respect for employees and they hold our salary for unsubmited of our original certificates of 12th and degree certificate. Also they hold salary for company uniform.And they never give our experience certificate and offer letter of joining. And they never share our pf and Esi details. They detect our salary for PF&ESI But they never share the details to us.

The worst Hospital I've ever worked in. They want your Original Degree Certificates when you join so that they can exploit you to the fullest. Opportunities for learning are pretty much ZERO. You will be kept in the OPD for nearly 12 hours everyday so that they can spend most of their time operating and your job is to pick out Cataracts for them. You have no holidays. You will even have to work on Sundays. There is nothing called "casual leave". When they want you to join their hospital they will make all sorts of false promises and lie to you. Dr. Meena, the owner, is extremely rude and treats the staff as well as Doctors like domestic servants. She is a lousy administrator who mistreats and exploits her staff. Every Doctor I knew there didn't even spend 6 months working there. I feel bad for their staff. They only worship money. Stay away from this Hospital at all costs.

Working culture is very terrible,they will gv u only few chances for learning,they will keep u busy in ops mostly,main madam attitude is very terrible nd inhuman
