Timely salary and summer and winter vacation for senior residents .

Dislikes

Very far off location. No proper conveyance options (private cab and Ac buses)at the location to the adjoining cities where most working people commute from daily.. also there are some or the other university inspections always in the pipeline .. and while college administration demands u to prepare for these they even cancel your Sunday leave and make it working and do not provide compensatory leave later on which is terrible.

It was a terrible experience.The management has no respect for its workforce not any professional ethics.The only thing that matters to them is money and that's it.Quality,Academics,Professionalism all are zero.

Dislikes

...people decide academics and every faculty member is treated as a factory worker.Management refuses to give experience certificate,NOC and your due salary as per their whims and fancies.

Management nd HR team is very poor,if one person is getting 14000 then upto next 3-4years she is getting same salary up to up 1000 rupees can be up not more than that nd resignation period is also too long
