Good salary Stucture, Satisfactory work because we do more something for society, Other government departments/ Private Organizations or NGOs can't do but MSRLM do it and I like it, The employees Stucture From State to small village level does work very well

There is contact system for employees and contract is to small for 11months

Very inspire work and culture and every time take new skills and knowledge, thay give good salary and evry year incriminate. Working satisfaction in organization.

This organization are not good management and doesn't address employee issues. HR policy are not Good for employee no secure fueter and financial security. Thay not give PF and others facilities.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is sufficient but career growth is slow. No life in that compani

Team co-ordination was good.... everything that teach me a new work experience.... connect with a commen rural people for it's development know about poor people economic problems.....and how they fight against it.

No Job security...minimum salery...no chance to increase ourselves with good future ... Nothing medical facilities.... No other future planned facilities......
