Nothing to like about ... My last company was far better from this one .

...en after joining of 2 months do you think what kind of safety company provides . No salary date is fixed even you have to do your lunch in 10 mins 💀 insane timing for lunch , if you are from a BA background person n not in a job n also have connection you will be placed at shop floor. Safety person don't know safety measure 😄 if you will find hundred of safety concern in the shop floor 😄

delay salary is major issue. not any fix date to credit salary. no any promotion policy there, employee's has been working since 15 to 20 year's and not get any promotion, skill development is zero. company culture also is not so good.

I like positive company culture, strong job security and excellent learning opportunities and trimly salary payment.

I dislike worst management, inadequate HR policies, remote location, unsatisfactory work life balance etc.

Name bade hai and darshan khote hai company k. Upto 6 - 6 months Salary holding issue in the company.. Company management is 3rd class because there is no system. For the new employees managements not good and harassing mentally upto bottle nacked. all those things i told you guys because i was suffered in the company. old employees are making politics with new upto higher level. this is the remote area no one join immediately. overall management is very third class. So after all decisions & choice is yours.

No work culture No manpower plan No life Because of 12hr jib.. Pay scale is very poor.. Who doesn't hv option that is the best option.
