...If we look for career growth in 'MNGL' as a Fresher, I do not prefer as a start. Salary is Good as compared to other CGD. Worst Politics No words. As a Trainee, you can learn many things but its depend on you and your HOD.

...lps improving the level of performance and hence results in higher productivity.Salary , benefits and Company stability were the top three most important factors when evaluating a job offer.Career means increase professional knowledge and tranning, Increase earning, improve low functioning work process or relationships.

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow because the work precess is not going to the right way.Work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls Inthe evening and sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no no on - job tranning for fresher , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.

Worst company to work with. No moral ethics. Salary not par with the industry, except for few employees. Working environment is the worst, as the person who works & gives results is held as culprit thus no job security.
