In my opinion salary is low and there is no incriment after 1 year..and as a icu staff salary is too low but workload is more so specially icu staff should have high slary then other staff so please forward about this.

Colleagues were supportive. Salary was always on time.

Company policies are not good no appraisal no salary hike. Even 5 year Senior staff was not getting any salary promotion per year and still you have to do double shifts and extra hour work.

It is multispeciality hospital so you can learn a lot if you work sincerely, work culture is good,management watch your work and promote you if your work seems to be good.

Salary issue can matter it's not as up to your experience .sometimes they don't count your total experience.

Job security because if I tried physiotherapy than i have join any other side, center, hospital ect.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is abond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no learning curve for a RMO and you will be harassed by everyone including the JMS alongside the patients' attendants especially the trustee patients. The trustee patients will ask you to do things that are clearly outside your role as a RMO but since they run the hospital ...you will be asked to do everything just to satisfy them. I was asked to send ward boys to rooms and asked by some patients to massage their legs and by some to arrange for an insecticide because there were mosquitoes in the room.I joined this hospital 4 months ago and instead of learning anything new I've actually forgotten what I had learned from my previous JRship in Kolkata. Nobody will teach you anything and the nursing staff (the ones in Red) will make your life super difficult and every duty will be extremely stressful. On top of that, you will be made to cover extra shifts on a sudden notice if it falls alongside your duty timing and won't even be paid extra.
