Learn new construction work because it's a pre engineered building and RCC both are in this it's a very complicated project. But it is so good for me I have learn and take a lots of experience from RCC to finishing of this project. I have handle all works of this project RCC, electrical work, plumbing work,Brick work etc. As a site incharge.cordination with contractors and supervision of their work.

Interfere in construction work. salary taking decisions veri late.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenge regularly, wich helps me develop both professionally and persnally. The autonomy and trust I recevie from my superiors are remarkabl.It allows me to take ownership of my projects not and find innovative solution to problems.

I dont like to when employer is not respect to employee . and employer is not like to when the employee growth . owner thinkin is poor for emlployee.
