It is not easy because there is banquet very busy always long soft. Hard plaining long hours stress, back to back functions. As my side i give best ever in every situation. So thanks to mahagun sarovar portico....

1.there is a training manager but no training about f&b service for f&b staff.I did my job in mahagun sarovar portico 3years only one time gave training for f&b staff by sanjay singhaniya. The duty would be on sifts

Teammates are good. Our chef was so excellent who taught us so much. But our accomodation was so far . please make sure that employees have accomodation near. So they go there at night safely. Environment is good. And everything is always good.

Dislikes

I am not taking name of anybody else but I think that no one should come into the kitchen who does not belong to kitchen team. There I saw everyone coming and telling us to make tea for them. Even if we are so busy. So please give attention to that .

Only general manager mr nitin and some of the staff from the f and b and mr Suresh from hr but yes for learning the work it is a very good hotel i would also like to say mr nitin is the best person in this hotel

This is the worst hotel i have ever worked with .there was no unity b/w the front office staff they used to play politics against each other . front office male staaf didn't know how to treat girls we were provided afternoon shift and then we were expected to not to take dropping facilities .no growth opportunities apart from learning the work working environment was totally bad. goons used to come here . food was a also here

As for like about mahagun sarovar it's a basically budget property has learn Somthing in FnB service area like Banquet nd Resturant for new fresher guys.
