If we compare Mahagun to reputed companies, there's nothing to like about.

...ining this company. Negatives are listed below: 1. No PF submission from past 1.5 years despite deduction from our salary. 2. Salary delay of 3 months 3. Sometimes you will see salary deduction without any reason. 4. No salary hike from past 4 years 5. No medical benefits despite amount deduction from our salary. 6. Unnecessary paper work. We will become a photocopy guy while keeping records of every document. 7. Totally unprofessional working style. 8. No skill training, no cafeteria, no transport or accommodation facilities, no health insurance, no team outing, no employees get together, just nothing. PS: if anyone thinking to join company, thinks above mentioned points are just to degrade the company, just join the company and experience yourself.

There is no such useless company in the whole world, there is no salary, no matter the timing of the staff, no emergency of any staff, otherwise PF is collected, no medical is given, no money is cut for everyone.

...entire life. Whatever is the job in this company, please understand us and join. Also, salary will not be received on time, PF will not be collected, nor mediclaim.

-salary not on time...5 month delay...2023 ki 2024 main dete ha -HR micro manage krta ha lunch and break timings....Toilet k bahar camera lgwaado kon kitna time leta ha pta lg jyga - no health insurance - no pantry. In case you join yaha...apne ghar se Spoon lana Ek source se 2 resource jitna kaam krwaate ha and salary time pe nhi dete.

They are thieves and hold your salary, don't join mahagun ever, I never worked in this type wrost company, they don't pay salary on time and if pay that too much late and full and final also not clear before 1 to 2 years, remember I'm talking about years

There is nothing to do like that in Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd. Salary delay is 3 to 4 months. There is no fixed date of salary credit when you leave your job at Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd. Don't know when they will be given your FNF amount.
