New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is very low and career growth nothing. company don't give any documents for joining & salary proof. Totally cash salary and no pf & esi facility also company deposit your 1 month salary and nothing to surity company pay back this deposit amount when ypu are leave the company. Companay gave Incentive was totally zero.

Work culture is horrible, whole management including seniors & directors will treat you like a slave, thier behaviour is growth restrictive & toxic, office politics at its peak, staffs fight with each other, insult & unnecessary bullying all time, no solutions when voice raised with HR, Directors like employees who do buttering, Think 1000 times before joining. Unprofessional place, typically small thinking people.
