The work is really very good and the colleagues are very supportive to eachother. There are very good things about the company like one can learn various new things here. There is no pressure from the seniors.

The basic salary is very low. But the increament is good here

every thing is very poor. Bad behaviour culture by HR and intentionally target for unnecessary work. So not good at all to work for long .

... me as a quality engineer but they ask me to work like worker in last 15 days. Company's compensation is very low, & growth is almost nothing. I advice an graduate engineer who want to work with this company please do not waste your valuable time in career.

Timely payment, supporting management, owner of this company is always support to new ideas. Employee motivation polices are excellent. Safety rools and equipment excellent.
