An army like organization. Strict & disciplined in working. No chances of doing any corruption. Can't cheat, steal, any of the company property. Entire office work, computer work, mobile location, tracked by the company during working hours. So no chance to cheat the company, lie or postpone the work. Salaries are not very high. Can't flirt with ladies staff. Company compels to wear a uniform, safety shoes, eye goggles, helmet etc.

They give you time to learn things. Higher authority helps and teach best working method. They try to teach you small things related to the work. If you are new then they ask your interest and give the work you do better.

Dislikes

No Insurance for office staff. Rules are very strict. No lunch break time. Strict Timings. They can hear you any time if you are working in office. No local holidays. You have to work on Festival Days. No Sick leaves. No paid leaves. Your Leave may get cancelled at any time. You have to report higher authority at anytime, they ask questions after Working Hours. If necessary you have to work late and on Sunday.

Likes

Great opportunities for learning. Senior management is docile and geared for change management. Work culture is friendly and the company values stress to work with honesty and integrity.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can go on a toss especially when all the holidays are paid. But that's the requirement of such a business and one ought to respect that.
