I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. You can directly approach to MD. The MD Mr. shantanu Mahabal is very kind in behaviour.

Dislikes

There is no any appraisal policy. Each and every personnel categorised in same category for increment. No any promotion. Senior have egoist attitude.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i am very happy to become a part of mahabal team, had a high quality products. here i learn bit knowledge production, quality, dispatch.

career growth is very slow, no job training for fresher ,work pressure is very high, i have to work 12 hrs in a day and 7 days in a week , as i have to attend company call even after my working time sometimes its very pain.
