Partiality is on peak and highly corruption happen inside the industry and it made the profitability down to the whole industry and also We can not grow without being pleasing to managers and despite of your skill you will always recognise and valued based on your age only , because I am the lead designer still did not satisfied by the treatment that company gave me from last 4 years and its just because I am the 24 .

Magotteaux Group is the best in its class - low opportunity Vertical Growth for HOD's - but at the same time Authorities are given to fullest to perform the Job roles .

No doubt magotteaux is a brand but their company culture is not so good.dominating nature if you are a outsider not from Gujarat then you can't survive more than 1 year....if anybody want to know more then join Magotteaux...

I worked here for almost 4 years. But from 2017 new management was horrific. They were not able to take decision & also always try to pass their mistake unto other. There is no such thing as succession planning or career development. Not even a good training programs for employees to develop their competencies. Even they always try to suck blood of employees time to time. There is no job security forget about work-life balance. Even they don't know right pay for right people. And nowadays they recruiting employees who are non competent. Best luck for you.

I am only talking about Magotteaux India where I have worked three years. They changed the top management in Delhi office and Working in Delhi office is terrible now. Top manager doesn't know how to behave, He always shouts at everyone. Please do not join the company.
