...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low.. other no issue

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The people I worked with were very nice and the office environment was safe and secure.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with salary and the assistant manager did not talk properly to his employees which I did not like at all.

...e but company is panctual for time if some one late get punished they give free transport for pendamic time the salary expectation is good overall all this company is good and inhance your skills

Career growth is normal and can't resign before 6 month and it more than one year salary is normal and can't abuse to your caller if you abuse then company terminate you

It's a good company, i learn a lot from this company there is good and positive atmosphere and my team too helpful snd supportive and there is 100% security and every week HR Team came and will play some games, dance, music.

Yeah there is some things I don't like... There is Favouratism and partiality and salary issue there is got promotion easily but not salary increment easily.. After promotion not salary Increament but yeah there is chance to increment salary after promotion 7-8 months or maybe not ... That's thing I don't like
