Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they good salary and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management address our issues.on the job training is not good.

The only thing is that they are good into business

The work culture is bad and don’t have fixed off on sat. There is no time table at the time of interview they say 8 hrs job but it extend up to 12-13 hours with no overtime.

This is a very nice culture and good seniors behaviour and good performance but not promotions improvement.

Company culture good but Some people do very bad politics which I don't like politics system.

Magnum MI Steel, company is too good for a local Employees to grow and learning.

About dislike is nothing, all over organization is good. But there is not available canteen where employees can sit and take rest in lunch time. I don't want to say about accommodating (food) but there should be a relexable place to take rest.

No basic facility like Good quality Ro water for drinking & Toilet condition is worst. Plant head is very Rude and Egoist person only Tel pani person can servior there. NO basic culture to growth....My experience is worst with this company. No appreciation on work even I work for 15-16 hours some time as I was there in RND depart.
