from where to start??? civil team has been destroyed by the owner. he is mad...no job security ..i repeat no job security....ap jitna vi kam karlo...no job security. dont join here. even they hire for 1month but tell u that theres lots of project dont fall into that trap.

Local bulider type mentality, Management thinks that sales man are Magician, they can sell property to anybody, No skill development, Sales head with 20 years back mentality, Director always busy in money making never thinks about quality of construction. Pathetic condition of sales dept.

1.There was no Job security. Suddenly MD called you any time and ask you that no need to come from tomorrow. ( without any reason. When you ask reason they told you( Jitna bola ja raha hai utna karo ). 2. No leave at all. When you apply any leave they ask you so many question. There are so many reason.

Nothing to be liked honestly. No planning nothing. Worst management.

Fake commitments are given to customers and employees by the HR Mrinal, stay jobless but please do not join this company. The sales head is simply a duffer staying back for 10 years in the same company not because of loyalty, just he gets rejected from everywhere. Good employees never stays with this company.

This is a good company to work for and there is no fear of losing your job if you are a good and skilled worker! The work environment is also good and there is no undue pressure created by the management. Incentives and office parties are a part of Magnolia Lifestyle!!
