Magnit Pays well when you join. However do not expect good hike later.

Dislikes

Worst Vendor Management System(WAND) in the industry. Plenty of bugs and unnecessary complexity. Despite the designations, there are few employees in India who influence decision making significantly. Tenure at Magnit will be pleasant only if you succeed in getting in to their good books (Even if you report to someone outside India). Most of the decisions are biased and not transparent. There is no dedicated in house HR team for India.

Likes

It's good company to work. We can work and collaborate with team for any issues and company also will take care of all employees. Taking care of employees travelling for secure journey and we'll protection to female employee with guard during the travelling. Compare to other companies it's 200% good for learning and team collaborations, entertainment and all areas.

Dislikes

Only issue is they appointed as externals for 6 months. I suggested to secure the job because all are doing work for generating money but after this 6 months no surety for job. Then we need to search job and its difficult now a days. So pls appoint the external employees as permanent position because their thoughts is always 6 month.
