It's work life is worst

...yees . He himself don't no how to work n he has been appointed to train intern . Even the company have not given the salary of intern how have came there for internships. I will strongly recommend to not join here for internships or job . If it was in my hands than I will ban this company.

Nothing, they are fraud ,they didn’t give any stipend

Dislikes

They are fraud i and my college students had done internship and they told that they will pay 10k per month but they didn’t give anu money for and didn’t recived any calls from our side. I recommend everyone students please don’t do any intership from this company. They pressure you to achieve target after you achieved your all targets. They can’t even reply for your message in related stipend .

nohing liked about the company they change their company's address time to time. totally irresponsible behaviour. really a fraudster company.

Dislikes

such a bad experience with this company,we worked as an intern there for a month and didnt get our hardwork payoff. it was so unprofessional and unethical of them. for all the future people reading this please dont ever apply for magnik its a total scam.

Nothing is there in the company that anyone should like.

Dislikes

Worst management takes fresh interns to do three sales from my point of view even they don't have sales team with them their main task is to hire interns and pressurize them to make sales.

Dislikes

There was no guidance provided and no stipend was given. They also pressurize the interns to make sales otherwise they don't provide certificates.
