If you are fresher just don't join here. They pay less no job security at all. Their HR takes WFH whenever she needs but denies WFH to people in need. They don't even a proper internet connection. Look for something else instead of this company.

Unprofessional management. Low salary. No benefits. Very long working hours. Sometimes working on weekend also. No job security, they will fire you because manager don't like you even if your performance is good

Working with such excellent company has been an unforgeable experience. There were helpful co-workers who helped me while I was having trouble. Working with amazing team was another wonderful experience.

While my experience at Magneto IT Solutions has been overwhelmingly positive, I haven't encountered any significant cons that come to mind.

Working for a year now, previously worked for 2 companies but the Magneto IT Solutions makes the difference. Recently Magneto completed 13 years in the industry, I must say MIS, has the key to success. As an employee, I would choose a company like MIS only but yes, I won't go anywhere if MIS is there.
